Just been having a look at the DRM site for the first time as I've heard the name bandied about a fair bit.

What are people's opinons on their quality? Not only the sculpts, but the quality of the moulds as well. E.g. are there any Forge World-esque issues?

Also, is it just me or are they supplied already moulded to bases or individually like GW's?

Cheers for that, dude.

I know quite a few people use the Andrayadas as Necrons, but the photos of the Jungle Troops and Scout Infantry really quite impressed me. They're perfect for some prospective playtesting of the Catachan list I've suddenly taken an iterest in.

I like the DRM stuff a lot, and they are usually very clean. You should be aware that they dont (currently) come with bases, but do fit GW bases.

Easily the match of Specialist Games. The only problem I've ever had was an early bunch of infantry with super thick bases. They've certainly fixed that by now.

EXCELLENT !!!  As good as G/W or better !  Buy'm !  Since G/W ain't supporting Epic anymore !  Also surf the threads, we have had a lot of discussions about DRM and Exodus Wars ...   I have 98% of everything G/W- F/W-S/G makes/made for Epic and all the DRM & E/W models, so far !   They are the future of 6mm sci-fi ...   And I always have said that !!!

I'll echo the above.  Good quality sculpts and casts.

Exodus wars and GW do bases if you need 'em.

I highly recommend DRM as well.  They make great miniatures and are expanding all the time.  They work well on their own or as proxies for those things GW won't make.
Proxy Suggestions
Size Comparison pics

I would also highly recommend Exodus Wars miniatures.

They use the same sculptor as DRM (who has done sculpting work for GW).  Clean miniatures with minimal flash,  same size as GW & DRM, round bases that fit GW stands.  You also have the option to buy with metal (textured) stands or without.  You can also buy seperate stands for any DRM stuff you get!

They have new releases scheduled every month for the next year!  Have their own forum, as well as a section on this forum.

Yes, Con, is on ! And good Idea posting those links ! And again, both DRM & E/W's infantry are loose ... no cutting off sprues !!!  That saves beaucoup time ! And they look great !

When an oppurtunity presents itself, I push DRM & EW like a pimp with a ho!

I want these guys to sell tons of stuff so they keep making the miniatures I love.  Their success = more toys for me!

Good lord! They are really quite spectacular. They're Bob Naismith too?

I remember seeing Warmaster Nice post pictures on here of the buggies, but I'd no idea where they were from, not recognising the E/W abbreviation. I appreciate that link.

I'll definitely be getting some stuff from Dark Realm Miniatures in March for Catachan playtesting. Very tempted by the Exodus Wars stuff too. Can't wait for the rules.

Thanks very much for the links and comments everyone.

The Khazari on Krondal IV use them in the jungle so why not catachans? :), although in dense terrain it would be somewhat of a mission....

Buggies are small enough to get to most places though and you get a ton of turrets for your bitz box.

All our models are painted in jungle camo so have a gander on http://www.exoduswars.com
