The bits used for this beastie are legion, but here's the more important ones:
1 Mega gargant hull, head and weapons
2 sets of Mega gargant rear tracked units (for the undercarriage)
several megagargant guns
1 metal gargant Lifta droppa
a small number of bombs and a torpedo off aircraft kits
gun turrets off a Japanese battleship kit
wings and tailplanes of a 1/72 scale B-17G
Krooz missuls off a megagargant
various other weapons off a range of Epic and non-Epic models - turrets from an Ork Landa are perfect
loads of plastic card and strip
plastic stock tube
two mercury amalgam containers (dental supplies, now sadly obsolete)
2 blades from a Gorkamorka vehicle accessories set
4 Epic flagpoles from the square base sprues
various odds and ends from other kits and junk
printed flags (on ordinary paper)
transfers (mainly Orks transfers from Epic and 28mm scale Orks)
Buckets of paint and glue and at least 3 tins of undercoat (black, white, rust brown).

Oh, and two plastic stock I beams - very important, these!
As well as the front blades off a 40K Chimera and some glass ionomer filler material containers (more dental stuff).
Here is the start of it all. The two wings are glued to two lengths of platic I beam (although a square section would have worked as well). This joint has to be strong, as it's the core of the megaB. A bit of plasticard was used to provide a flat surface on top - I smeared it with photoshop here as it's an old credit card - complete with number!
I inserted plastic tubing in the engine recesses on the bottom of the wing, and the black bits of the glass ionomer containers - this is stuff used for tooth fillings - are the engines glued to the rear. On the front beam are ramps from the megagargant and the 40K Imperial vehicle blades.
Not to mention a few other cosmetic pipes and bits.

Here's the top side view of the beastie - I chose just one section of the Megagargant hull, as I didn't want this are to be too high. I offset the head to one side - I felt it looked better. The tailplanes from the B-17G have been added on either side of the gargant hull, and can be seen here.

Here's the starboard wing (inverted here). The intake is a plastic nozzle off some sort of container. Two sizes of plastic tubing inserted in each other make up the megakannon outboard of the intake. These are mounted on the engine locations on the old B-17 wing. Another bit of tubing is a mega-exhaust pipe inserted into what had originally been the undercarriage well of the B-17.

One pair of bits I forgot to mention are the death-rollers off the plastic Battlewagons from Epic 40K. These were used on front of the megagargant units shown here, which now serve as massive undercarriage units. I don;t have a photo of these attached to the hull, but each of these goes onto sections of I-beam stuck across the original two I-beams which connect the wings.

Seems I got fed up taking work in progress photos at this point - not many left. Here's one showing the central region at an advanced stage. The yellow bits are plastic square section (from a dump!), and I forgot to mention the gun turrets off the old plastic skullhead battlewagons (green in the pic); the WHFB Orc shield bosses (the emblem on the tall yellow tailfins); and the saw of a jigsaw, which is a giant cable cutter stuck to the front. The other turrets come from the megagargant, with the smaller AA-type ones having been salvaged from a Japanese battleship kit. The horizontal tail surface is a panel from an old tank kit mounted o megagargant weapon support sections. A wheel from a 1/72 scale tank kit is seen doing duty as a dish antenna in the rear.
The many white squares which can be seen are plastic strip material glued to make the surface more panel-ly.

Last shot before painting. All assembled, although I'd forgotten to add the flagpoles until after the paint was done!
All the other myriad bits have been stuck around the hull and wings in a very Orky fashion. I sprayed the whole thing black OR white (i.e. bits in different shades) and then added some rust brown patches. this creates the faded camo pattern effect. The standard chestnut wash went over all of these after painting details, changing the white to a dirty light brown. And then - transfers.

The torpedo, with the cooling fan from an old truck kit attached. Not very clear. The flag was printed using an inkjet printer, and left and right hand sides were glued together to make each flag.

This view is taken from off the port side. the Blod Axe emblem near the wingtip was made from two plastic WHFB skeleton axes.
