URGENT! Chaos Beastmen

Ok this may sound a bit odd but I need to know exactly which type of beastmen were on the E40k Chaos spure.
IIRC at least some were the old Imperial beastmen with spears but I can't remember if there were also some of the classic Axe/Shield ones. I don't think there were any lascannon/sword beastmen but I could be wrong on that one.

So: I remember there being two stands worth of beasties but how many of each type? Or were there only one type?

I?ve never owned a proper E40k sprue but I do think that there must be a sword/laspistol beastman on these as well, got as many of these via ebay as spear-carrying ones. February might tell...

The classic axe/shield ones are in a slightly different scale, I?d be surprised if they were on the same sprue as the spear and laspistol/sowrd ones which are slightly slimmer. Sure you have them all.

That said, I?ve never seen a heavy weapon (lascannon) beastman. Typo?

There are Sword/Laspistol ones and Spear Halbert? Big Knife?) ones.

There are no beastmen with shield and axe on the sprue.

I think there where 2 or 4 stands worth of beatsmen on it (same number as Culstist).

Laspistol sorry :;):

Well the thing is that I was talking to Andy about doing an Army showcase article for Fanatic Online when he asked if I'd be interested in providing Studio Models for the Chaos release. I've got most of it painted up already but unfortunately Andy isn't allowed to use it unless the stands are based exactly like what's on the spures. Hence it is very important that it is the right type of Beastmen in the right quantities -otherwise people might start complaining that the online store isn't WYSIWYG.
For obvious reasons I need the info ASAP as Andy need the models in hand by early January in order to meet the deadline.

The good news is that this confirms that Andy is doing everything he can to have the Chaos spures ready in time and is working on promoting the release in some way or another.

I'd expect 2 bases of beastmen at most on the sprue, simply due to the huge number of other infantry types.

I'd suggest sending a question to Epicollector or ChaosOrc?

As resellers who specialise in OOP Epic, they're bound to know.

I am 100% sure that there are only the laspiostol/sword and knife beastmens on the sprue, because i bought my epic chaos during the E40k era and no wi searched eBay etc for the axe/shield beatsmens for month (and finally got some).

Ok i have count them up.

I own:
8 stands Chaos Terminators
6 stands Chaos Champions (3 CSM, 1 Champion, 1 Standard bearer per base. 3 bases replaced 1 CSM with 1 HeavyBolter. 1 base has 3 Berzerkers instead the 3CSM)
6 stands Chaos Sorcerers (1 Sorcerer and 4 CSM per base. 3 bases replaced 1 CSM with 1 HeavyBolter)
1 base with CSM Champion AND CSM Sorcerer (and 3 CSM)
8 stands Bloodletters
8 stands Plaguebearers
8 stands Flamers
8 stands Daemonettes
8 stands Berzerkers
8 stands Fleshhounds
16 stands CSM (4 CSM one HeavyBolter per base. 2 bases have no HeavyBolter)
1 stand with 4 CSM and 1 Berzerker
6 stands CSM Havocs (3 CSM and 2 HeavyBolters per base. 1 base has 3 HeavyBolters)
16 stands Cultists (2 have CultistLeaders but i know i owned more but didn't use all)
16 stands Beastmen (48 individual beastmen with laspistol/sword and 32 individual beastmen with spear)

I',m pretty sure there whereonly 1 base worth of daemons for each faction on the sprue tho thats for 1 sprue:

1 base each of Dameonettes, Plagebuarer, Bloodletters, Flamers, CSM Champion, CSM Sorcerer and CSM Terminators.
2 stands of CSM, Beatsmen and Cultists
and enough HeavyBolter CSM to bould 1,5 bases of havocs (or more if you leave some CSM stands without heavy bolter.
