Does anyone know of a good source for banners I can print off for my Titans (even 40k-scale ones that I can scale down in Photoshop)? My Beetlebacks are a little plain and need something to spice them up. Thanks, jav98 |

Try: http://www.druchii.net/viewtopic.php?t=7016&start=50 That's where I got my eldar font for the titan banners. ?They might have some imperial stuff too. ?For my Warlord, I just used some 1/35 scale sci-fi and WWII armor decals See: http://members.shaw.ca/seebaran/My%20warlord.htm Hope this can help, CF |

Nice work, Canucks Fan! And thanks for the image, BlackLegion. To all: I found a pretty good source of banners. Apparently the Dawn of War game supports custom user-made banners and badges, and there's a ton of those here: http://wh40k.ei8ht.net/abriael_guard1.htm Some examples:     That's just one page; click on the links up and down the right and left hand sides of the page for dozens more. I played with them in Photoshop last night, and was able to get pretty good resolution by setting the pixels-per-inch to 300 and the image height to 300 pixels. Turns out a pretty nice 1" high banner that can be printed and mounted, although it won't have the look of the Kleenex banner on Canucks Fan's Eldar titan. I was thinking about burning the edges and poking some holes in the banners after I print them off, for that battle-worn look. |
