Hi. I was wondering how to make epic scale wyches... Firstly I was thinking howling banshees, but it's only 2 stands in one box, so it'll become very expensive for 6 stands.
Then witch elves come to my mind in warmaster scale, but are they really so big? 6mm vs 10mm...
If someone could post a pic with some WM and Epic models to compare (I don't have any), that would be nice. thanks
Also are there any other good choises? or then I just have to buy those extra warhost boxes...

I was thinking of doing the same thing but form what I understand the Warmaster figs look titanic compared to epic infantry. I'd like to see a direct comparison as well.

Actually, if you can get them, I'd recommend EPIC Harlequins.
Other than for Chaos daemons, where size isn't as much of a deal-breaker, Warmaster infantry figures tower over EPIC infantry.
Transfering that to another scale, it's almost the scale difference between 40k figs and Inquisitor figs!

Yes, they look huge.. gargantuan wyches, or not...
Harlequin figs look good, but I wonder if I could get them someway. Are there any other good models?
Demons should be huge, and you are right, size doesn't matter with them so much. Makes them look more nastier. 
I still have some spare guardians, so maybe I'll give a try and try to fix them.

I have no idea of what you have already used where in your DE army, but what about mixing banshees and scorpians on a stand. That way you can get 4 bases of 5 from a single box, or 5 bases of 4.

I have made only scourges and warriors from old guardian models. And now I'm making haemonculi and grotesgue stands using guardians as torsoes.
Also some incubi are needed (6 stands) and I think scorpions would be best for them. (if I have to buy boxes)
But fire dragon models with halberds fixed could look cool.

I also considered that but ain't they as hard to get as harlies?
chaos sprues should come quite soon, but I don't have a glue how many daemonettes it contains...
But yes, they could work.

That would be cool.
I have always liked alpha legion. Pure nurgle army also tempts me a lot..
I have to start a new army after eldars are ready.
I just want some models to be able to make wyches, and I want them quickly.
Hmm, what would be easiest and best choise?

There is a lack of "sleek" models in epic, you might look a bit in the IG range, but I doubt you would find stuff there.
But yeah if you do go for the Chaos models, you could use the rest for Alpha Legion, I mean so far ive only seen one other guy create Alpha Legion stuff while most other Chaos players deal with nurgle, iron warriors and the more popular stuff. Besides at the ASP the Alpha Legion are the biggest Chaos faction

Chaos could be wonderful choise as next army. or just basic vanilla marines or IG (in winter camo).
But is there any that have fire dragons at hand? could you imagine them with halberds as incubi?
