I've had on my mind the Driller for a Great Gargant for years, but never took the step to actually buy it.
Probably your best bet is to make them, even more as it seems that you are considering going for bigger scales, but i would recommend Weird World War kind of miniatures, like some of these. Probably too big save for some if you go for 6 or 7,5mm scale, or for Great Gargants but you get the idea to search further.
http://wk.frothersunite.com/sc/pulp/wwwaw.htmI was very tempted to make them, and if I couldnt find decent minis then I would have used a Land Raider as a base chassis and built up from there. However, me being me, building my own would delay the entire project several months as I source bits, make orders, wait for shipping, get around to building, etc.....
Also, I am a big Dust player, and I cant see those Dust walkers as anything except Dust.

Galleon siege titan next to 2 warlords
Dammit..... Thats pretty much perfect in my mind for an Ork Titan. I like them being a about the same height as a Warlord, but bulkier......

I like that. It captures the charm of the original designs nicely.

These ones have been in my head as Squigoths or Orkeosaurus, but if you are considering something removed from Ork aesthetics like Hordes, this could work too for Stompas, and do not look so much like 28mm miniatures like others.
Now those are a lot of fun.
