| Post subject: | Converting Space Marines to Death Guard |
Hello, I just procured a large classic Space Marine army and I'm looking to convert to a Death Guard themed chaos army. I have seen Onyx's blog and he's done some smart things with the vehicles, however does anyone have clever ideas for the infantry to make them look Nurgly? Other than paint scheme the 6mm infantry can be tricky to work with. |

If it's the classic space marine forward facing with gun in front, its difficult to do anything with them. Most you can probably do is stuff on the shoulder pad like spike coming out, or rot bubbles. Possibly do something with the head... like poke it to death with a pin. If you want to go that extra length, you could always make chaos back packs. I gave myself the challenge a few years back to convert those static standing Space Marines. http://lexcore.weebly.com/commander-dante.html |

Lextar showed some very cool ways to conver your minis, so I think there isnt much left to be said. If you are going for nurgle theme luckily it's the easies one. Just grab some green stuff and put it randomly on marines.
