Gorgon with passengers!

It niggled me that the open top Gorgon didn't have gunners, guns or passengers. So I stuck some in there. The gunners come from the DiD range of support weapons and the passengers are GHQ WW2 German infantry for riding tucks. There are 6 rows of 8 troops and 2 gunners, so 50 troops in total which is satisfying too.

Nice job. I also like the weathering on the Gorgon transport. The WW2 infantry seems to be spot on to occupy that large empty space inside the vehicle. Well done! :)

what's the overall paint method on that? spray/air light blue-grey then black wash? very effective

Paint was a mid blue spray base coat with a dark wash of Army painter Strong Tone. Grey highlights on a dry-brush to finish.

Yup, from MM too. They come in fives and threes so need sticking together to make a row of eight.

That's very cool, only problem is that they are seated in rows across, pretty hard to run out of that transport without tripping over seats I'd reckon. Lol

Do you think they could fit in lined up lengthways? Looks like it... Though you might only get 5 strips in... Not ideal.

Thats some excellent work. Its a nice mini any way, but that makes its ten times cooler!

I had the same thought, but I assume that in the 41st millennium they would have perfected a mechanism to have the seats drop as people get up off them! (like cinema seats, only they tend to snap shut when I am sat on them! ;D )
