Now on to the Cadians!
This army is almost finished, just waiting for some more options. Basically its a little over 3000p with the current list.

Thanks!
Still think this army needs some more colour or something that stands out and catches the eye. Perhaps the forthcoming airplanes can do this but I'm open for suggestions. (not willing to repaint all the small ones but might add a dot or two ;))

The Vénérable Zaïus has been my inspiration for starting this army and for the choice of "basing". If you haven't already looked at his stuff do so here : http://www.figouz.net/epic-armageddon/garde-imperiale-tranchees.php or elsewhere in this forum :)

Nice!!!

When I saw them on the facebook group they seemed more greenish in colour, but here they look brown. Anyhow, I like them a lot. I'm not sure that you need to add a contrast colour.

Care to share how the colour scheme was achieved? pls :)

great painting. Perhaps applying some bits of grass and flock in spots on the bases as some vegitation can give you the splash of color you want?

Tou need more symbols on them! Somethin that stands out and is powerfull. Maybe use an old symbol from a foreign language... Hmmm...
How about the indian sun wheel, but then you turn it the other way so it becomes unique...
But matbe thats been done already, feels familiar... :-P

I like the use of the cyclops cannon as the ordinatus gun, neat touch in a great army :)

Thanks for all the nice comments :)

Assembling Valkyries as I write so in a couple of weeks there will be a new update...

Basically it is Zandri dust on the uniforms and Castellan green on the armour, wash with Agraxas earthshade and then the same colours again. (I also paint the skin, metal and shoes...)
The vehicles is Steel legion drab and the same treatment but with some more layering.

Might just be what I'm looking for, perhaps with a little runes mixed in ;)
Also with your korvfingrar your spelling is even worse then mine...
Crooked Crosses for the Nodding God!

That have crossed my mind but the grass I have at home wasn't that great. will try and get some "coulourful" grass and give it another try.

Such an inspiring army!

It is the type of army one would see in the epic Cadian codex if there was one.
