You could try some of zvezdas 1/100 ww2 kits. I have brought some to use as super heavies, they are rather large in comparison to GW stuff, but I really like them, and against troublemakers space orc super heavies they still seem small!
They are dirt cheap, especially in bulk or online, and there are loads to choose from. Things like the german half track are slightly smaller but they do raise up at the ends.
The tracks are in mostly one piece so they are not so fiddly as the plastic solider company tanks are, and they are a lot cheaper (which is saying something as the plastic solider company is so cheap any way!)

Looked at the drop zone UCM tanks? Bigger ones are about twice the length of a landraider.
