Hi there, over the past couple of months or so Ive been digging out my old epic stuff, stripping it down and starting again:) I used to play 2nd Ed and have downloaded and printed the Net Epic rules to have a go with.

Here are a few WIP shots of my Dark Angel Battle company.

I plan on converting this bad boy as a Imperial Capitois . Need some VTOLS for it, plasticard and a new paintjob.

Great stuff, love the robes on the marines! I got so sick of painting wee fists on the shoulders of my IF that I stopped caring and they mostly just look like blobs, your consistency is impressive!!

Welcome to the forum!

I don't know how you had the patience to paint the insignia on those shoulder pads. I think I tried one and it was such a mess that I discounted it out of hand. Amazing work!

Really nice work, brings back memories - Dark ANgels were my first epic army.
Is that fountain a monument to Blood Bowl, another great game cruelly abandoned by GW? ;)

Rather impressive looking stuff. Great PJs and the CI proxy looks like it could be a winner. The buildings also look great - scratch builds?

Yeah the free hand was tedious work. The consistency of the badges vary - the banner was a treat in the end lol. I just started using W&N s7 brushes and they do the work for you:)

The Scenery is custom made by me, polystyrene and plasticard with 1/300 scale cars cheap of ebay.

The fountain is a Dark Elf bloodbowl Blitzer I sculpted and cast. Here Is a pic of the team. More details can be found on the Talf Fantasy Football thread I have:)
