And I think you should name it the Saracen bomber!
That fits quite nicely
Did a lot last week, but not much to show for it.
The bomber proved to be a bummer.
There were different issues with getting it printed. Finally solved.
I grew the 4 I need and gave them a first quick paint job.
Two of them have landing gear.
I also did a Brumbaer (my logo) with pelt and without (just a smooth surface). But there is most likely not much much interest.
I did some humans and sized them, to what I think would be anatomically correct - compared to my SMs.
They are meant to be companion models to the bomber, so they are unarmed and wearing overalls and field cap.
I gave them a very quick paint job to see whether the poses are recognizable and the details are visible. Some of the detail is hard to see without some kind of shading.
So here you see one of them, explaining the finer points of aerial combat to his peers and a passing SM.
So the 6 poses are,
the ever boring "stand to attention" - which is the start pose for all my infantry,
the iconic "stand at ease" - good,
guy smoking - a bit too stiff leg-wise,
guy showing flight maneuver - needs bigger hands,
guy leaning on extended arm - ok, could lean a bit more,
guy kneeling and looking up - ok.
Next will most likely be some SM objectives, I will probably use some of the misprinted bomber hulls for that

PS: M
y fears of getting bald were unjustified. The hairs (and grit) on the models are not my own, but the room where I spray my miniatures wad just very dusty and the cat was only to happy to add some hair to the dust.
Cleaned it up, have all hopes that the hair and grit problem will not be seen on the next batch of models.
For the technical minded:
The rivet size is down to .3mm diameter.
