Because I'm spending more time lurking here, I decided to post some stuff now and again.
I've been painting quite a lot of Epic again recently so to kick things off here's a BFG Ork cruiser kitbashed from some odds and ends I had lying about.

Thanks! :-) It was fun to make and paint. this is what I'm workning on tonight  I'm mostly working on the Death Guard marine. The amount of work required to build three more Nice pattern defileres is putting me off a bit.

I don't think that would be easy. The claws are a bit delicate. Besides I'm just getting started with making my own molds and stuff. The instruction for the defiler can be found here: http://www.netepic.org/incoming-ezine.html Issue 24 (erroneously labled XIV) is the one you want |

Thx :-) The painting on the cruiser is mostly washes btw. Three different kinds of thick washes and thinned down real rust effect. Because I have absolutely no use for it (I don't play 40k) and want to complete an entry for the Epiccomp before christmas I painted a 40k Deathguard marine...  I need a better camera/skills for this |

Defilers looking awesome however it's far easier to make them based on the GZG spider drone legs. Hope that helps when you do more. |

WIP Ork Battleship, The front and the side engines are from an Ork cruiser, but most of it is just bits and milliput. Plastic Bismarck kit is a great source of bits for Ork ships.

Finished it. Now I can get back to the TOEG :-)  Size comparison with the GW Ork Battleship
