Does anybody know a good place to get oval bases? Preferably 40x20, but other sizes could also work.

I'm planning on using Troublemaker round bases for my OTC infantry, but I think two Battle Rigs on a 25mm round base will be cramped. I think ovals would look much better than rectangular bases when the rest of the infantry is on round bases.

Litko has a "custom base tool" that could work, but it would be nice if there was a better option than $13 for 25 bases + shipping from the US.

Have you tried talking to an MDF base maker? They can usually do custom jobs to order.

Warbases make oval or pill bases, they don't have the size you're after but they might be able to make them for you: http://war-bases.co.uk/Bases/OVAL-PILL-BASES. I've ordered from them before, including custom stuff.

There's always http://fenrisgames.com as well, if they don't have it they'll definitely make it. I'm pretty sure they do 40x20 rounded rectangles though, marine grade ply.
