I've just finished painting the infantry for my Necron army.
Here are the results:

Mre accolades: great stuff!!! Really impressive. If only those Chaos androids weren't so rare and sought after, it'd be easier for other people to start an Epic Necron army. Unless Forge World steps up...  but I shan't hold my breath!

They don't even need to make new sculpts. Even if they just recast the old Androids people will be more than happy to buy them! |

That would certainly be a good thing. It took me almost a year to collect all those androids! Re-releasing them would be simple enough, and would be a real incentive for potential Necron players. With the exception of Wraiths, the rest of the army is very easy to convert (not to mention easy to paint), and made of easily available models. And I hope to show in my next batch of pictures (Necron vehicles) that it's not that hard to proxy convincing Monoliths and Obelisks (hint: Battlefleet Gothic is your friend ).  Anyway, thanks a lot for the compliments, guys. ?  |
