Here's a group photo. I like the white helms and shoulder pads. Such a small change adds so much to the look of the unit. Also, the Shadow Grey shuriken catapults offers a nice contrast to the bright red uniforms.
The little blobs of turquoise on the helm is supposed to be the Targeting Crystal Matrices, but because they are militia, it is really just glass.

One last photo, as I think that it shows something significant. Just a little color can make the world of difference with troops this size. Simply painting the helmets and guns of this unit in colors with enough contrast from the main armor color adds immensely to its attractiveness.
The squad in the back can achieve this look with two dots of white (shoulder pads), a white helmet, and a blue-grey gun, all of which are easily picked out details.
Adding the white knee pads and brown boots added little to the overall effect. (Changing to boot color to black, however, had a much more positive effect.)
