Nice one jimmy thanks for the encouragement i will try one this evening leave it overnight and crack it open tomorrow evening. Worked out that the deepest one will take a third of my available mould casting stuff so i may need to get more before i can mould all four, oh well we live and learn.

Standby for pictures tomorrow night of a finished usable mould with luck.

Well i have done the pour and now i just have to wait 24 hours to see if i've bugg***d it up or not.

Here we go first mould and i could not be happier with it it has a few very minor flaws and some really tiny air bubbles but overall it came out wonderful. Second mould done this evening but i've nearly run out of silicone so i need to make another order before i can do all four, although i may have enough to do one more.

I've been advised to leave the mould to cure properly for at least a week so it will be next wednesday at the earliest before i can cast my first piece. It's going to be a long wait i can tell you. :)

Great work mate! Yeah, leave the moulds to fully cure for as long as possible. It will increase its longevity when used with resin. Looking forward to seeing them all cast up :)
