Those are Hotz Mats fields. They're crushed felt with some flock attached. The set comes with different sizes and colors.

I really like the way they enhance the board

After a "lost order" (I'm fairly confident it was never shipped, but I did get my money back) I've been hesitant to try them again. captPiett had much better luck with them and has done multiple orders I think. They are nice.
