Very nice. The blue and white is a great scheme. I did have a moment of uncertainty about how you got a printable document format file from Macragge, though. |

What a great idea, and very nicely done. Did you use waterslide decals? |

2 things... 1) Great job! Makes me jealous, because that's exactly what I'm doing with my marines, IG and Titans...Ultramar themed. I'm just too damn lazy to get them finished. 2) Are the FW thunderbolts really THAT big? ![]() |

2) Yep. 50mm long, 55mm wingspan. But they're soooo nice! |

that's easy. You're looking down onto the battlefield, so naturally the planes are much closer to you and seem much bigger. coff. |

That really is the impression you get. They're at altitude. To each his own though; you'll be able to look at mine at Adepticon - I'll be bringing them along. |

Love the army, idea and paint-scheme! ![]() EpicBattleBaggz wrote: madd0ct0r wrote: that's easy. I think those planes are actually correctly scaled compared to other epic models and roughly similar sized to real-life planes such as the Spitfire. The old metal epic planes were just so very underscaled they seem large in comparison to them e.g. old and new Thunderhawks side by side shows this off the best. I must get round to making my true-scale SM Landing Craft ones of these days, that truly will be a gigantic plane. |

Spitfires (9.12m long) would be just over 30mm long in Epic. An F-22 (18.9m long)would work out to just over 60mm. The FW are ballpark to correct scaling. The SG T-Bolts are what, 20mm long? I'm not sure how to fit everything you need in a 20 foot long aircraft. |

Quote: I'm picky about my scale unfortunately. then you want the FW aircraft, it's the ttans that are out of scale. |
