Quote (the_fifth_horseman @ 31 2005 Jan.,12:21) | Repentias look more like Arco-Flagellants, though. | I suppose that's what comes from using Beastmen as bases
Thanks for the comments guys, will be trying to update this thread more regularly in the future.

Very impressive! A lot of work converting though. What did you use for the arms on the pentient Engine?
Cheers!

Ahhh yes, lots of converting and lots of tiny bits getting lost on the floor
The arms come from the metal ork wagon pincers with the centre removed as well as the pincers themselves, the 'blades' are plasticard, the main body is a chaos dread with sentinel lower legs, the exhaust is the sentinel gun, the figure/driver is sculpted.

Wow a lot of work in these. Please do something with bases though (flock etc)! ?I actually think the Repentia chicks are pretty cool - who would have thought of starting with a beastman?!! ?What is the mistress chick made from?

I meant to post to this thread earlier, but somehow missed it.
I love the sisters repentia. Th euse of the old beastmen is one of the best examples of resourcefullness I've seen & sets any converter ingreat sted for brilliant projects to come. The fact that they're not recogniseable as thier source, even after the viewer is told is the trademark to a good conversion.
Keep it up - brilliant army all round.

Having just re-read T5H Sisters list I find that I've to get at least 6 Repentia stands (groan) Hopefully will be able to take some pictures of my fledgling Battle Sisters at the weekend.
