You guys may be interested in these, which are being made by a guy in Sydney and look like they are styled specifically to fit EA infantry bases; http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws....5461475 His description is; You are looking at a modular, Epic scale 6mm, sandbag infantry entrenchments set for use in modeling and wargaming. The set is the first of a brand new range I designed and cast myself with polyurethane resins. The set comes unassembled and unpainted. The picture is of a finished set to give you an idea of what they look like all painted up. It also has a breakdown of the individual pieces. They have lots of nice little details like ammo crates, chunks of galvinized iron, weapon bracketing stakes and even holes in sandbags where small arms fire has punctured them. Infantry and vehicle miniatures in picture not included. They are suitable for most 6mm (or 1/300, 1/285) miniatures like Epic, Micro Armour The Game, Dirtside, Fist Full of TOW's etc. Note that they are not suitable for 28mm games like Stargrunt or Warhammer 40k as they are a much smaller scale. The set includes: 3x straight sections 2x 45 degree corners 1x 90 degree corner 2x end sections 1x defensive strongpoint ------- He also has another expansions et and some dragon's teeth. ?These look well scuplted and I have approached him about making some minefields and wire obstacles to go with these. ? No repy yet but I'll let you know. Cheers Tas PS- This guys just happens to be in Sydney- I dont know him. ?This aint a scam to fund my Tau aquisitions! ? ![]() |

Hi! Interesting. This stuff is almost identical to the stuff made for me and the old square bases by Ron Dubray (now works with the CAV line). It does look very good. Primarch |

Not too excited about the blast template. ![]() I like my Clear one, it makes seeing what is going on under it easy. His looks good, but I do not see myself using it. Now, to buy it and use it as a Titan base... ![]() dafrca |

You might have got the wrong end of the stick - I think this is used after the barrage has been completed to represent shell holes in the ground, which can then be used as cover by infantry. Furgie |

Maybe, he calls a Artillery Barrage Counter you may be right. However, I still think it would make a cool Titan base. ![]() dafrca |

I have ordered a set of everything and will let you know IDC. BTW I have had some really positive feedback from this guy (Nathan) and he plans to expand with fortifications with overhead protection and vehicle positions in the short term. I have also suggested some comms trenches. In the longer term a full range (similar to the sand bags) of dug in positions (ie earthworks) that will be fully compatible with the sandbag sets (with the use of a transitional piece). I have put Natho (who is also an EA nut) onto this Forum - he is 'Anzacmaniac' Cheers Paul PS Will assess the template as a Titan base for you dafrca! |

Hi Folks. I'm Natho (AKA anzacmaniac). I'm new to this site which was kindly directed to me by Taz. I am a mad Epic and BFG fan who lives in Sydney Australia. I have had quite a good look through the forums and see there is quite a collection of neat reference material and some familiar names frome the Specialist Games Epic Forum. Oh BTW, the Resin Terrain miniatures this post is about are my creations. I am fairly new to casting my own stuff but am totally addicted to it already. Perhaps more so than I am at modeling. I am very happy with the results I have got so far and it has inspired me to keep making all the terrain that ever wanted but was never available. I am very inspired by WW2 fortifications and you will see a lot of this in my initial pieces (out of sheer self gratification) but I do intend to make a fully cross sectional range eventually. If you have any questions about the terrain here is the place to ask. You can also contact me directly at: dudethedudex@hotmail.com Natho. |

...and a bit loony at times too (cf. Primarch's birthday, feral orks, termiteloads of squats, etc.). Welcome! |
