I have been collecting epic since it first came out. After so many years i have an indecent amount of titans, tanks, infantry for all races. In this thread i have been trying to show some of the "different" titans i have and not the standard configurations. From the start i liked to modify titans to make them different. I have a number of battle titans that are not based on the warlord or reaver chasis. Some are old robots that i converted to battle titans. If there is any interest i can also show some of those. They wont appeal to everyone as some prefer standard titans in the GW rules. The early rules like Adeptus Titanicus and Codex Titanicus encouraged creating different titan platforms and thats what i did.

Battle titans were originally supposed to be between 40 and 80 feet tall. Emperor titans were some 70 to 100 feet tall. Interestingly the dimensions overlap. This is my attempt at a smaller emperor variant. I have opened the crew compartment for the photo to show the Princeps.

Some nice Titans, I have always loved the look of the imperator titans but only recently painted some up some beetle back old sm2 titans that where in some boxed games i purchased,

I think you need to purchase some mechanius type minature proxies to paint up and put on the ballcony rail that goes round the top, and some sm marines running up the little steps off there feet!

As said a great collection and thanks for sharing, regards epic

A couple of battle titans on a different platform to the warlord and reaver. A warlord is included in the photos for size comparison.

I have always liked this titan from Adeptus Titanicus. I have tried twice to reproduce it in the past. I will post those attempts shortly.

Attempt 1 shown with a Warlord. The light is poor here today in normally sunny Queensland so its an outdoor shot. Aaah the enthusiasm of youth. Looking back on it now it was a simple attempt. Funny i still have a soft spot for it though.

I have been looking through my old beetle back titans again. This is my mobile cathedral. In hindsight i wonder what i was thinking. I just cant avoid the temptation of building titans out of what i have on hand.

Yes i know its not a titan as such. Built out of old robot parts and plastic card. Cruelly my friends dubbed it a layer cake !!. How unkind. Next to a great gargant for scale.
