Has anyone attempted to use Exodus War minis (which are awesome by the way) as conversions for Epic. They definitely would make good IG.

YEs, Yes, Yes and Yes ... also add DRM's figures to that list ... Since both Exodus Wars and DRM's owners are denizens of Tac Cmd, many of us have added them not only to our IG, but Necrons, Squats and 'Nids. Not to mention, my favorite new 6mm army - DRM's Space Lizardmen ... How G/W missed the boat on Space Lizzy's is another one of their Epic blunders. ::) No matter, both E/W & DRM added new IG to our inventories plus Necrons & Squats from E/W and Necrons & 'Nids from DRM. I can personally attest to the quality of DRM's Skyth as 'nid Stand ins. Their line covers Stealers, vultures, 'gaunts (no weapons) , 'gants (kind of an alternate teeth an d claws model) and their medium beasts cover Carnifex and razorfexes.


I can't attest to their other lines but I will be buying some more to sample their wares soon.

Well I think I'm going to have to make that Nid and IG army after all! Those tanks from EW ROCK!

GW had better get their heads out of the sand. Those are some ambitious first starts for these young companies. I'll definitely be sending some of my hard earned credits their way..

Legion and Mad, do either of you have some good conversions you could show me? I'd love to see what some of this stuff looks like painted and converted. I need some inspiration.

I am still in the very early process of converting some Full Scale Nids to Tanks and such, but here is a link to my progress blog. I don;t have the DRM stuff started yet.

Mad, that is quite the ambitious undertaking if I might add. Those bugs are looking awesome! I'm definitely feeling creative now...

Now all I need is some money and time. As I have kids now, I have neither...=( Booooo!

Very VERY nice Dave !!!! Well I did a Last Chancers unit ... The troops in back are DRM and in front GZG ... Image These Last Chancers are all G/W ... Image Sorry I don't have more DRM/Exodus painted up ... I'm still busy with all my 12 G/W Armies !!! ::) :o ;D
