I think that purple with pink-highlighting will work, and details with gold.

@cybershadow When i did my emperor's children i had an issue with making the pink look right aswell, what i decided on was a super dark purple... so dark it was black. If you scroll to the bottom of this page this starts where i did my vehicles.

I primed black then drybrushed the edges white, then drybrushed over the white with purple to make it look like a super dark purple.

I based mine on a desert pink used by WWII LRDG and later the early IDF ----

CS go majority Black if you don't want all pink LRs. Just do pink panelling. It's minimalist but pink and black is the best for ECs

You might want to check this thread on the French site out, they took the pink to almost a flesh pastel, I think it looks very striking and would really stand out when on the gaming table.
