The 'Fleet Scale Earth Battle Frames'
look like they'd make great Tau crisis suit proxies;
the price is certainly right-

I think Noble Knight Games stocks the fleet scale stuff, you could see if they are more reasonable.

How tall should crisis suits be in 6mm?

Like everything DP9 does: these are nice miniatures but a bit pricey.  I own the Earth armor, Southern armor, and Earth artillery blisters.  The same infantry comes in each blister and there is only 1 pose.  Infantry are nice, clean sculpts and are perfect for 6mm scale.

The tanks are a bit tiny for 1/300th.  Actual scale is 1/350th but, could stand in as light armored units or unmanned drones (which would be smaller than a regular tank as they don't require space for crew).  They are o.k. as 1/300th because their tanks are designed to be larger than present day MBTs.

I asked someone with DP9 if they would release more of their tanks in the fleet scale.  I was told that they are retooling all their 1/144th tanks and that nothing else would occur in fleet scale until that was completed.  I am definitely looking forward to more releases.
