Hello all

I've been lurking around this forum for a while now, and thought I could try to post a few images of the stuff I've made in the last weeks.

As I got into Epic again about 2 or 3 months ago again I've been poking around my old stuff from the Epic 40k era and settled on making something out of my old chaos and marine stuff, and since I like the chaotic forces of Nurgle, those got some attention. And here are the first things from the forge;

I started up by converting the terminators I could find into more chaotic forms


And when the got some paint on them, they looked like this


I found some predators that got some green stuff on themselves, to make them more suitable for father Nurgle


And a few formations of nurgle marines, these got rebased from the last time I found the allure of chaos, and the paper bases they was on... well they could have been better...






And a few odd bases


And the start of a few rhinos


And all my painted marines


More to come, I got a few spare warhounds from FW the other day, and I think a bit of green stuff and a lot of cutting will make them into some fine Feral titans.

Good to hear from you, that's around the same I got back into epic too. Loving all the effort put into the conversion work, they look great and very Nurgly!

Nice blown up marine in the crater too – I may steal that idea myself at some point.

Now I've gotten my Rhinos painted as well (And played with them twice!)

And here they are, are quite pleased with how the eyes on them turned out, dident think that they would realy work while I was doing them, but in the end they turned out ok.

WHOA!.. man, that's good... eye's... it's so obvious yet I never thought of it, pure genius and the painting detail is great..

...do I get a discount for flattery?..  :tongue:

Well, Yes, but I will have to have your firstborn in any case, but thats just the standard fee as I'm sure you are aware =)

Seriously though these are really nice, I like them a lot. Did you use greenstuff or a bit from another model to make the eye?

I've only used greenstuff to make them, first I did the eye globe and then when it was nice and dry I added the eyelids.  

If you see my first post you can see some of how Ive done them, it's realy simple, as I suck at handling greenstuff I cant make it too advanced =).
