Hi All, is there anyone who can help me identify the epic eldar vehicle in the photo along with the Deathstalker and Firestorm? It is based on the same chassis, but I can't find any further info about it in any of my old copies of White Dwarf.

Can't say for sure, but the only other vehicle I can think of that used that same hull was the Doomweaver.

I really do love those old eldar models; if there was one army that i had to choose to do in complete 'retro style' it would be Eldar :-)

Are we sure the 'conversion' isn't actually one of the stranger OOP 'alternate' Falcons?

Best way to see if it is a conversion is to turn it over and see if it has a tab sticking in the hole in the hull. If you can, take a blade to it to see if it is metal.

I have never seen its like and it does look like a conversion. But who knows.

The X-type falcons were something in between the wedge falcons and the old nightwing models (or the x-aircraft).  That might be a turret from one of the x-types but I don't think so.  The hull is definitely not.

I think Neal is right. Hull is definitely regular Deathstalker hull. I'm not completely sure on the cannon since I haven't got any of the X-vehicles myself, but maybe L4 can confirm if this is one of those turrets or some conversion of sorts.

The cannon is definitively an eldar flamer, from the 40k v2 Guardians'weapons sprue.

No Eldar X-Vehicle ... It's a  D/Stalker hull ... with 40K Eldar Weapon ... It's a cool conversion.  So you Boyz were basically on target !  :agree:

Eldar X-vehicles - from my Forces -                                                     This is an L4 conversion ... Not X-veh ...    This is the original unreleased SM2 Wave Serpent turret on Falcon Mk.1 hull ...                                                       These are a couple of conversions, with ideas I got from some of the crew here ...
