General Ng who did this used the same 6mm zulu wars as you, and had 'bulu' native troops. That is beastmen with shield painted to look like cowhides!

Excellent idea! Have you got any links to his stuff? I tried searching the forum with little luck.

I think the H&R infantry is OK price/size/quality wise - in fact I think that their WW1 germans with pickelhaube could be cool for Death Corps of Krieg too.

Well you know - I kind of figured that the Orks would play the zulu role. Obvious right? Yeah I know.

Still I just have this vision of my 2 gargantaun squiggoths, 20 squiggoths, 50 boar riders  and 200 orks battling it out it a plains like place with loads of red coated IG and leman russ in Post colour!
