Cluster foilage, small balls, sand, wire, tooth picks, washers, glue and paint.

Nah. I haven't had any trouble with them.   EDIT: I've drowned them in PVA glue prior to painting... |

I'm really glad you like them folks! It's highly motivating to know too!  @Somebody earlier: Yes I can take some new shots, that are zoomed more in. I'll get around to it.. but I may be a bit slow.
