[CODE]  ?Bn Cdr & Staff + Terminators, 1st Bn 7th Rgt Salamanders ?... Flags were copied from W/D 108. Replaced Cdr's sword with flamer from F/W Chimera. When I upgraded it with an autocannon. Decal on Cdr's Banner is the FireLords from the Slammers. Other decals are old G/W Fantasy, etc. |

Thanks Boyz ! ?The detail on the Banners are small decals. And as I said the Flags are photocopied from W/D 108. ?The Flags are not Tactical, I know. But they look like a real old school military battle map with little Flags ID'ing units ! ?I'm working on the Imperial Fists right now. Tau Sept yellow base coat, chestnut ink wash, then black wash. Finally a dry brushed Dark Panzer yellow from Polly's. ?I'll be doing Blood Angels, Dark Angels and Space Wolves + a small contingent of Legion of the Damned. I'm going to do Traitor units at the time of the Heresy in tactical colors also. ?The World Eaters, Thousand Sons, Son of Horus and Night Lords. And just to give you an idea Van, the Blood Angels will be base coated Calthan Brown, black washed and dry brushed Polly's terra cotta. The Traitor Thousand Sons will be a dark Brick Red, washed black and dry brushed Burnt Sienna ... ?I may use pink, peach and purple for dots, on some of the Traitor Shoulder pads, though !

I almost had a heart attack when I saw those banners... before I read they were decals  I really have to get into this micro banner shenanigansNice work and I look forward to seeing more L4! |

Thanks again Boyz ! I really like adding the small decals to my models. It gives them scale and looks cool ! The Traitor TS next (only 11 stands), then the BA, which is a fairly large contingent. The DA will have 4 detactments in SM1 metal along with some plastic DA units. The SW is the largest, with standard detachments and even the 13th Great Company based on the SM2 card. The Traitor TS, WE, SoH and NL have fewer units, so I'll be doing those in between the Loyalist. Then IG and Squats ! If I live long enough !
