Just got the new GHQ NL. Looks like they are going to do a line of 3rd Reich models(based on available historical data) of what their AFVs would have looked like if the Nazis lasted to '47 ! Well IIRC, some of those "beasts" on the drawing board where huge. So we may be able to find some cool stuff for our IG. ![]() |

Ach! Scooped by L-4! As BL said, the Ratte would be great. 6mm may be too small for the X7 rotkappchen and/or nachtsichtgeraten. "My Tank is Fight" contains several other great examples. |

From the GHQ e-newsletter (courtesy of L4): We have put the finishing touches on our list of 2008/2009 new releases. The process is a combination of art and science. We receive thousands of suggestions every year from e-mail, phone calls, posting on our website forum, in the mail, talking to people at conventions, etc. We have many different lines to cover, and many different nationalities within each line. We try to get a little something for everyone, and hit some of the lines harder than others. The list is never perfect. Some people will love it, many won't. We want to support the models that we already have, and we are always looking to expand the horizons of the hobby. Love it, or hate it, here it is: 2008 / 2009 Releases June 2008 GWS5 DD Cassin Class GWS6 BB-22 Minnesota SUN6 CA Maxim Gorkiy N523 M1117 Guardian ASV AC69 Polikarpov I-153 NAP55 Austrian 12 pdr Foot Artillery TMB68 Log Home TMB69 Barracks TMB70 Bombed Mid East House TMB71 Bombed Mid East Home TMB72 Bombed Mid East Shop TMB73 Bombed Mid East Store TMB74 Bombed Mid East Shed (2) TMB75 Bombed Mosque TMB76 Single Span Truss Bridge TMB77 Triple Span Truss Bridge TMB78 Log Home w/ dormer August 2008 GWR6 BB Imperator Pavel RC13 PGZ95 SPAAA N524 MTVR - Mark 23 USMC Truck AC70 Fi-156 Fiesler Storch G526 PaK 43 NAP56 Hungarian Line Infantry October 2008 GWS7 CS-1 Chester UKN42 CA Canberra W80 TOS-1 Buratino N525 Gelaendewagen 250 ?Wolf? As military historians, all of you have pondered many ?what if?? scenarios. WWII is absolutely full of these. Until now it has been impossible to actually game any of these scenarios because no models of the German post-1945 equipment existed in any scale. In one of our most exciting announcements in years, GHQ would like to introduce our new Wermacht ?47? line of Micro Armour?. This line has been developed from many historical sources and will allow you to model and game many of the land and air scenarios that have been floating through your heads over the years. In addition, we will be putting a FREE Wermacht ?47? supplement to our WWII rules on our website this winter, and release the first releases to this exciting new line at the same time. We have also just changed the website specials. These are only available for orders that are placed online through our secure website, and are only available for a limited time. If you see something that you like, ACT FAST, these won't be here for long. This is GREAT news!! Maus marsch! ![]() Offers some other possibilities as well; I've always wanted to do turreted versions of E-25 and E-10. I hope we get to see things like Tortoise and T-29 as well. ![]() But I see they still won't be making Finnish infantry. ![]() |
