I lost my Space Marine booklets ages ago (permanently borrowed by friends friend) (also lost a Slasher Gargant), but I remember that there was an Ork clan which used imperial vehicles and such. Looking through my stuff I wonder if I could consolidate the stuff into one army. Namely a BloodAxe+Imperial force of some sort. Its this possible? What colors do they use? Cameo and earth colors?
What I have (that is possibly BloodAxe related) is what I bought some decade+ ago.
Boxes: + Space Marine box (rhinos, landraiders and lots of orks, and do-not-want battlewagons). + IG detachment (mint, everything still on sprues, Edit: Actually, not so mint.). + 2x Stompas box. + Ork horde something box (infantry guys)
Vehicles: + 3 Leman Russ - I'm thinking this color could work for the + BloodAxes if the blue line is changed to green. + Gobsmasha, Lungbursta and Pulsa Rokkits - Painted in Goff so maybe I won't touch them. + Giblet Grinda + 3 Wartracks and 3 artillery something. (Do not want) + 2 Weirdboy battle tower (?) (Do not want that tower is so badly mismatched in scale to vehicle) + 3 Squiggoth things (old). (Do not want) + 3 Vindicators + 3 Predators
What can be used of this? Can they use imperial stuff as well as space marine stuff?
These have lots of plates with rivets tacked onto them so they look more orky than spacemariney.

Here on the Leman Russ'es is the sienna plus white and green color scheme that I might be using. I'll change the blue to green and paint the tracks metal. The Pulsa rokkits has the dominant green color that I want to use on the Stompas.

So for colors I'm thinking: + Primary color: Sand/Sienna. + Secondary decoration colors: White (teeth and glyphs) and Green (indicating ork) + Gun and track color: Silver washed in rust.
Alternatively, some vehicles like stompas are green as primary (and white for teeth and glyphs), they are meant to be giant Ork after all, and it's nice to provide some variation against the sienna hulls on the tanks.
Alternatively, The orks just haven't gotten to painting stuff so it's just bare metal (silver with rust wash.)
Any comments?

That's E.A. though? From what I understand it was based on E.40K, which was way to abstract for me. Like "Place 250 Ork Unitz (abstract for any unit) on the table and roll a dice, on 1,2 or 3 you win (this roll represents the battle). P.S. buy more miniatures".
I'll look what the net-epic rules say about bloodaxes and allies. Maybe I recognize a few unit names.
Here's a start. Sun is setting on the small Space Ork upstart clan. Maybe they're the 'BloodSwords' or something if BloodAxes doesn't work..
