so here is a hierophant i'm trying to make look more like the forge world 40K monstrosity. The only other thing i intend to do is some green stuff work on the "neck" area.
so what do you guys think ? this is like only the second time i've tried to sculpt somthing, and i'm reasonably happy with it.

Nice conversion. It's given it more of an arachnid feel, changing it enough that you notice and it looks much cooler but still capturing enough of the original image to show what it is.

sorry about the continued crappy quality of my posted pics. i'll get a camera better suited to taking pics of miniatures someday. 
anyway here is a very blurry shot of the finished "neck" section.

each "caterpillar" is one gaunt, ?one F.W. ripper, the top part of a warriors back carapice and the thumb nail from a gene stealer(tail sting). plus a whole bunch of green stuff.
