Yup. Like I said: Great value for the money: The set I got was the small set at the equivlent of £8. It really illustrates the ridiculous price level of GW plastics.

A bit more WIP.
On the opposite side I got a large blank facade, so I plan to add some gothich looking pillars and buttreses.

Nice looking terrain. I especially love the generator vulcanis - very nostalgic!

What's that I see there - I spy, with my little eye, something beginning with an Absolute Nightmare! Yes, you guessed it - it's the Mk3 paint pot lids. They still give me the willies. I never forget when my pot of Dwarf Flesh was welded shut by dried paint and I ragged my hands red raw trying to open it. When it did eventually open, the paint was a solid mass - I only used 4 or 5 times! >:(

this is awesome! :o

how did you make the tiny stairs? and the railings?

is this completely scratch built or was the building itself from something else?

keep it up! :)

I suspect the involvement of scale model battleship parts... They often work well for details of this size!

Another option is plastruct stairs and railings; however, they are a different color, and not easy to make look like a single component like these do. I would guess Gilbear is right on this one.

Close, but no cigar ;)
the basic building is a piece of railway scenery I found in the dumpster when I was taking out the trash a couple of years ago. Some kind of grain silo I think. The railing was part of the model. Combined with some cable and other bits and pieces they make nice walkways and stairs.

Gah, I wanted the answer for the stairs myself. They look great at that scale!

That plastic kit by Pegasus is indeed amazing. I have one and keep thinking of getting a second.

WMN's English is so excellent that it is jarring when he commits an error.
