The Divisio mandati would be cool. Although probably not that practical in game terms
The bulk of most titan legions are the Battle titans, mainly Warlord titans.

I suggest that more information is required before we can help on where to go next (I here that Ipo is nice this time of year though). May I suggest some pic slates showing the construction yard. |

In that case I would suggest either getting a few reavers to have some battle class titans running around, or get another 8 Emperor class titans and collect deviso mandatiis. |
