Hey hey peeps. Got back from Games Day Chicago. It was really fun, especially the after show party :).... I now have a nice spangle Gold Golden Demon Statue sitting on my mantelpiece. Proving that not only can us Brits steal your women (it's the accent), we can also steal your painting prizes.

But on a more serious note it was with an Epic model, I entered this pair from my Epic GT army.

Thanks peeps. I'm feeling absolutely shattered, the plane left 2 hours late due to all kind of problems. Generator died, Chicago power network dies, computers got errors.... followed by an 8 hour flight and about 2 hours to get home...

But it was well worth it. I'm considering getting a Pizza and falling asleep. I'm getting more and more tempted to enter the Open this year, but if I do I'll have to make a display base and I don't know if I can be bothered. The last couple of times I've entered GD I've just grabbed stuff at the last moment.

Really well done Ratty. I know what its like entering 6mm stuff next to the "full scale" pieces & its never an easy task. These guys may be big, but the awesome modelling & imagery on show alongside superb painting is well deserved of any win.
