15 Horseman- I would be ecstatic if my unpainted pile was just 15 models big instead of numbering in the hundreds! 
Nice minis as well V- great gunfighter....
It'll be the inks giving that glossy finish on your Ork, which is one reason why I've started to use them less on my models lately, as I don't like that gloss look you sometimes get.

Just add paint to the ink and that will get rid of the gloss.
All my Epic Orks use a ink/paint wash and the paint really does get rid of the gloss.
