Hi,
Having now built them, I think that the whole model is too big to be a defiler, although the legs are probably perfect to greenstuff/convert a body onto (the legs are in two pieces, crossing at the centre point with enough space to support a different body).
They're probably best used as War Engines of some sort, although I'll probably stick to my plan of using them as alternative warhounds for now.
Anyways, here are some quick shots I just took:
From the Front
From the Side
Rhino Comparison
Group Comparison
Very well cast and barely any flash, etc. The second model (not shown) has two cannon-type guns on it rather than the gatling gun btw.
Cheers, Freshmetal

Woav! That's a defiler if I ever saw one!
I like the size too.. The 40k model is really large for it's stats too.
Wonder if the dronbots are the same size.

I think (not having seen them in the metal, yet) that all the remotes are pretty much the same size. That is pretty close to the relative size of a Defiler compared to a Rhino, though.
Defilers are incredibly huge, for what they are.

It's about the same size as my scratch built Defiler only a bit bulkier. I think they'd be excellent with the right paint job and perhaps a few spikes added here and there.
Cheers!

Hi!
I think those Infinity models look good for a Tau warengine. Some heavy battle droid.

As I'm clearing my workbench, I checked to see NOT which models I'm working on, but which armies. The result: 40K Nids 40K Blood Axe Orks 40K Dark Eldar WHFB Wood Elves Warmaster High Elves Epic Imperial Guard Epic Ad Mech Epic Ad Arbites Epic Orks Epic Dark Eldar Aeronef Knight Hospitallers Aeronef Russians Iron Stars Russians 15mm Dacians (well, Dacian, at the moment )
Groan - odds and ends of 14 different armies from 7 different games....

Quote (Freshmetal @ 29 Dec. 2005 (02:58)) | They do look like they would fit in well with Tau, but as I don't have any, they're slotting into my IG. |
I have a couple of boxes of these on hold for me at the local game store that I'm picking up this weekend.
I was planning on doing them up in a "generic" paint scheme so they can be either as Heavy Support droids for use with my 25mm Space Lords figs or for use as Divisio Investigatus Titans for my AMTL force.
I'm also planning on grabbing some of these when they're released for that exact same purpose:
PanOceania DronBots

The Reaver looks awesome WMN - as always! I like the bare sentinel better too, but both are good. variety is the spice of life
