@vanvlak:

He's from Call of Cthulhu from RAFM miniatures (I have no idea what the RAFM is short for). I'm doing a 1914 horror world.

Ah yes, should've known! VERY nice work, and thanks for the info too. Any others from his crew around?
cheers,
John

Great vehicles, WMN! :)

Didn't work much on miniatures in the weekend, but still managed to wire the Crozius components together for Raziel.

Seems like I'm a bit out of luck again - an hour after I made my miniatures order, I received a phone telling me that they've ran out of the Sigmarite Sister kits and cannot order any more from GW. Since I already sent the money, I decided to go for a Guard Sentinel and Elf Wardancer Lord instead of that unlucky kit.
However, this little thing has messed up a particular plan of mine something fierce. Ouch.

Hey KbD, I've seen the Cthulhu RAFM site - and yours is better than their version! Congrats :D :D :D

Finished painting a Great Gargant which has been sitting unfinished on a shelf for half a year. I bought this gargant from Krooza who did a lot of the wonderfully dynamic conversion. I just had to add a few bitz and some weapons to have a nice and stompy gargant for my Boyz.

Cheers! :)

Lovely work KBD and Warmaster, excellent Gargant and CI!  :cool:

Heres what I did this weekend; I was going to wait for a nice day to take a decent photo, but the weather has been dreadful, so here is an overexposed one taken on the desk...

He is a Necromunda pyromaniac Wyrd, one of the best models in the range imo, so I just had to paint him up! You can't really see the range of highlughts and shading on the face or trousers, but I'm well chuffed with him (oh, and the base has since been finished properly as well).

Better picture tommorow!

Great work Stormy. :cool: I really like the hair too. Too bad the shading on the flesh doesn't show well in the pic.

Tonight I also did a small conversion which I've been toying around with in my head for a while. However I didn't really have the guts to do it since it involves chopping up a perfectly good Gargantuan Squiggoth. However since I own 3 of the beasties I though ah what the heck...

The conversion is fairly simple by removing the lower jaw and replacing it with the metal jaz from some 40k Ork 'Ardboyz. Krooza originally did this conversion on some of the regular Squiggoths he sold me but they're also a perfect fit for the larger cousin.

Cheers! :)
