Most excellent.

Have you considered doing any other basilisk-hull models, like Hellhounds?

Indeed.

Or Griffons.

All excellent ideas, but too many projects are already queued up.

E&C, you did some conversions of Hellhounds, yes? I thought those looked good.

My Hellhound conversions were low detail compared to the kind of stuff rapid prototyping can do.

Could always be added to the queue of E&C rapid proto-typing if O-man is already busy enough?

I'm more excited by other stuff, but would be interested in some in they were made. The SG Hellhound is a bit naff.

OK, thought I might add my two cents on the barrel. I agree on the rivets being axed, looks far better now. But why not add a fume extractor or a muzzel brake on the end to define it apart from the basilisk model. Basilisk being the basic old model SPGUn, this being a modernised verion from a more technologically advanced FW.

Cheers
Aaron

With all these new AFVs ... I'm going to have to add another Bn or even a Rgt to my IG TO&Es ! :))

Looks great. It may just be me that's been looking at the EW SPA for too long, but shouldn't the barrel be a little bigger?

I thought the plan was to make an Epic version of the 40k model, not design new stuff.

What do you think, CAL?

The muzzle break is a modified version of the Hellhammer's.

It looks a little weird / not what I'm used to. I’m not sure what the extra gubbinz is meant to be for or why the Hellhammer bit is on the Basilisk, but then I don’t know anything about real tanks or artillery barrels.

Personally I wouldn’t use ones like that myself, and I just think ones that match the W40k design as closer as possible would have much wider appeal. Hope you will make the normal version as well, so everyone's happy, rather than this intending to replace it?
