The caster did another weird job of piece-pick to mold ratio thingies. This means I have not enough legs and vanes; only a few complete sets are left.

After much cursing and the odd glued finger I finally got my first one together.  I have to say photos do not do them justice.  This is a beautifully engineered piece of work and looks brilliant "in the metal".

This unfortunately amplifies my opinion that GW/FW are fools for turning this down.

Could future order numbers to you be corrected, or will all ones from the mould be this way?

Not sure, actually. The mold itself may be correctly portioned, and the picker just got the ratios wrong. I'll find out next time I visit.

If the mold is wrong, I may eventually commission a 'spare parts' mold with knick-knacks, and include the make-up vanes and legs.
