The offer is always open to trade Otterware for StevePaint.

Edit - what paints did you use?

Chers guys.
I think number 2 is my favourite aswell. It seems to have a little more character.

White undercoat
washed with Devlan Mud
Drybrushed with Skull White (with a few drops of Bleached bone mixed in)
Red areas painted with slightly diluted Mechrite red
Red areas lightly drybrushed with Macharius Solar Orange
Red areas washed with slightly diluted Badab Black
Rusty areas basecoated with Woodland Scenics Burnt Umber
Rusty areas highlighted with Macharius Solar Orange
Gun barrels/fuel tanks painted with Boltgun Metal
washed with Badab Black (with a few extra coats on the tips of the gun barrels)
Treads painted with Boltgun Metal
Treads washed with Woodland Scenics Raw Umber
Yellow stipes basecoated with Skull White and then covered with Golden Yellow
Dirty areas painted with very diluted Graveyard Earth and then washed with Woodland Scenics Raw Umber

We'll see about more painting in the future. Part of the appeal of this project was that it was only 3 tanks. I've still got my Nids to finish, my brother's Alaitoc Eldar to complete. Then there's my Vraks renegade army to start, Chaos Squats are sitting there in a box awaiting some more paint love... etc. You get the idea!

I've been using the EpicUK Tyranid list and so far there have been no complaints.

Cheers,

Excellent Steve, simply excellent. Now you need to travel east with your beasties and attend CANCON.

Cheers

Coo! Saw those nids a while back but these pictures do them a lot more justice, I like the contrasting reds and black

A simply fantastic army shot. Love the colour of the carapaces, and all the fantastic details.
