It has been a long silence in this section. I put myself a limit to enter executor to epicomp and I made it even though it was close. Sadly I'm in a hurry now, but i'll take some better pictures of it later. (it is hard model to take pictures of with my camera, for macro it is too far away and with normal it is too close.)
Here is first picture of my Executor. Personally I'm a bit disappointed, due to lack of time, but I'm still happy to have it finished.

I like it! ?Nice job, Charad. ?As always, I am interested in including it in Raiders. ?When you have time please send me some other pics. ?Did you put a webway portal on it? ?It is difficult to tell from the angle.
EDIT - and how does it measure up? Length / width?

You're disappointed?? I'd be ecstatic to paint something that well.

Yes, webway portal is under the hull. I'll try to take some nice pics of it from all angles. (I'll send them to you too mosc). And few comparison shots too, it became quite huge.
Measurements: Lenght:18cm Width:23cm hull thickness:3cm
I don't have enough material to make guide for it (some WIP pictures here, ) just have agile hull and make really nasty spiky wings for it.

Had some time to post pics so here we go...
First up are the completed DE Scourges. Made with both Eldar Exarchs and Swooping Hawks. Wings of each type were sliced off and two wings were inverted and glued to the back of each model. Guns on the Exarchs were trimmed down and little blades were glued to thier tips.

Dracon unpainted. He's chillin' with his DE Warrior buddies and whipping some piece of lint off my shelf. I got tired of converting, cleaning up, bringing the paints out, painting, cleaning up, converting the next model... So he'll remain unpainted until I get the last of them completed.
I am sure he could be an Archon too, if he just put the effort into it.

Here comes the boss. Archon Layr of the Pain's Way Kabal. Made from Warmaster Dark Elf unit and given a nifty new set of horns, gun, and a halberd so he can 'get jiggy with it' like all his Incubi homies.
He's also waiting to be painted If you couldn't guess.

Grotesques were an easy conversion. Warmaster ghouls (?) with all the tomb stones removed and the clubs exchanged for blades. They are a bit shiny and reflecting too much for the camera to pick up but the blades are just bits of flashing that I glued onto their arms (which occasionally are also made from flashing when I got clipper happy).

Hellions are still in progress but I thought I'd show a step along the way. This is a Banshee model, the chin trimmed so now instead of looking like she has a mask on she just looks chinless and ugly.
The hair is given a trim on the sides and back and the arms are removed. I then had to get between her legs so using the only thing that a Wych would approve of I razor bladed those gams very carefully and then reinforced her right leg with green stuff. The skyboard is just plasticard. I've got to fashion the hellglaives and arms still.

Warriors. In retrospect I should have made these first since making them was almost as torturous as being held prisoner by the DE themselves. The conversion isn't so hard as it is monotonous.
For these fellas I used mainly Dark Reapers and Guardians. The Dark Reapers have the little bladed helmets and the chainmail loin cloth like some DE models have. The legs were way too thick however so each model had to have its legs trimmed down inside and out. The missile launchers were trimmed down as well and equipped with blades (all DE must be a danger to the person on the left).
Guardians had their catapults shaved down and bladed and were given their mohawks. Occasionally I threw in a trimmed up Exarch model (plastic and metal) to mix it up. I didn't want them looking too organized.

Reavers... They took awhile to make but I had fun making them. Just like my Raiders and Ravagers I wanted the Reavers to look personalized. You can almost hear the convesation in the cults.. "Wuddaya think, Benny?" "I dunno, Jimbo. The blade seems a little low to me. I like to have mine higher for the decapitation pass." "Ya see? You are always going for the head. I like the body impaling maneuver when you- Nevermind, I'm keeping the blade where its at!"

The rear angle. You can see I used some of the old Vyper bikes with the gunner trimmed off and adorned with a variety of holiday spikiness.

I also used standard Eldar jetbikes as well for the bottom mounted weaponry. I trimmed their conical heads to make them nice and round, trimmed the bikes, cut the noses for that intake section and just kept on gluing spikes on until the model drew blood.
