Thanks.  It turned out as a decent-looking trike, but if I did another I think I would trim it off shorter.  Since I got that, I also acquired a few sprues of Squat infantry, so I may make another one with some sort of Ork Bike/Squat Trike conversion.

That said, the bike/wagon combo would make cheap and relatively easy conversions for a horde-o-buggies.  If you have a pile of buggy/trakk gunners from, say, converting a bunch of them to trukks, it would work great.  Or you could simply put heavy weapons guys sticking out of hatches on the back for an all-plastic version.

Tyrant with wings conversion.

I originally had a pic of this in bare metal that made it easier to see detail, but it (along with ~20 other Nid pics I took when I first built them) disappeared into the ether.  No doubt they are long-since deleted by my loving but anal-retentive wife.

In-progress Harridan conversion.  It's the small titan body (Heirdule?  Heirophant?  I can't keep the old names straight any more.), Dom head, and some green stuff.

Of course, the green stuff was blue/white instead of blue/yellow and has some weird thing going on with the pigment in general - weird patches of blue (not a mixing problem - they appeared after the stuff set up) that make it hard to see some of the detail, but c'est la vie.

It's basically just waiting on me to find a good pair of wings in the right size and style.  Suggestions are always welcome.

Last one for today, a simple Hydraphant conversion.  It's just a 40K Warrior (I think) carapace in place of the Tyrant Throne.  The pic is the "bad side" but the better-looking pic of the reverse side is too fuzzy to mess with.

Dang.  Do you guys live on this website?  I can't even get a set of pics posted without people chiming in.  :D

I think the Harpy wings are too small.  The body ends up being about the size of a 40K Warrior or Ravener so it needs to be proportionate to those.
