Indeed, the GW model doesn't have them.

Through the magic of merge and paste, I added another bogey at a strategic location.

Conceivably, I could make another one. This will make a whole lot of wheels, leading to an interesting millipede effect.

I like this one ... :))

I too suggest loosing the rivets, they don't look right or practical there, I'm sure the two cylinders of metal could fit together inside the other without needing rivets.

Also the supporty thing on the top left of the start of the barrel should be on both sides if you want to match the FW one in the pic and it also should be a bit smaller, thinner, further back and simpler, more a joined on nail-like shape going into the squared off bit behind it (which is probably also goes a little bit too far forward). At the moment it's a bit oversized and attention grabbing IMO, while from a practical perspective it looks like with that on top there might be extra width added to the barrel to the extent in might not even be able to traverse to horizontal firing - though I can't really tell from the computer image angle, you'd need to check from the front.

Generally looking good though :) just think it could be tweaked a little bit to perfection.

real world solution
(if any real world solutions ar aplicable to heroic sf models ;>)

would be to add extra pair of wheels to chimera chasis to make it longer chimera

it is popular way to fit howitzers on ligher chasises. Soviets did it with PT 76, and Germans in WWII too

Maybe you can try to expand chasis by pair of wheels and check how it looks then ?

(lip trembling) You guys are so mean! Why do you have to criticize me so much!

(Stomps off, slams bedroom door).

But seriously folks, I'll incorporate the feedback and do some tuning at an unknown point in the future. Gotta take care of the little girl this weekend, you see.

I tease Tom thusly:

(Edit) I mean 'tease' because obviously, I wouldn't mix his IP with another.

 sorry O-man! Do love you fantabulously awesome models and could never hope to do anything similar, I was just trying to offer some constructive criticism to help out, being a bit obsessive/perfectionist with my GW models.

Hope you were just jokey hurt rather than really offended! Think I'll shut up now and go off and do real world things

I actually really like the last design

For some reason it really reminds me of older epic designs....

You must let me know when OtterCorp plans mass production (is there a tracking table of what is available now/soon? ;))

Nah, Glyn, I've learned to pay attention to you and Hena.

I guess it has been awhile since I updated the 3D project chart...

Cannon 14. Is this any better, Glyn? Are you going to tell me that the block needs gubbinization?
