Beginning the final piece of arm. Do people think the angular thing is good, or maybe move towards more rounded pieces, like the hip joints of the reaver?

To me it looks a little awkward.  I know that historically GW titans have these strangely angled upper arms (or so I think?) but to me it gives the impression someone didn't plan it thoroughly and then the bits didn't quite fit, so they had to bodge the connector.

Unfortunately I'm not sure what to suggest to remedy it. Could you make the shoulders bigger or add some sort of spacer so that the arms are slightly further out and the connector can be straight down without the odd angle?

EDIT: Having just looked at the FW Reaver arms, could you make the join a bit like the power fist arm? It looks posable but still chunky and mechanical.

I'll do my best to make it chunkier with added gubbinz when I've got the shape sorted. I agree that Titan arms are generally weird and clunky looking, the real problem with the arms here is that they need to connect to the already designed Weapons with the ability to pose the weapon at interesting angles.

I'll have a look at the powerfist arm and see what I can do.

Just a mock-up, but I'm thinking something like this:
The upright cylinders on the inside of the arm will be detailed as hydraulic pistons, maybe put one of those front and back as well.

Shouldn't the barrels of the Gatlingthingy be is the same position als the Forgeworld Gatling Blaster?

And something bugs me about the shoulder joint for the armweapons. The diamete ris crescend moon shaped and this just doesn't sit well with me. It looks so...fragile somehow.

It is.

As for the crescent moon shape: hmm, I quite like it. I'll see if I can put some more structure on it, but it's that shape to allow the movement of the shoulder weapon - which also has a crescent moon shape.

It isn't FW Gatling Blaster has a barrel at the top and the other exactly under it. You have a barrel to the right and the other straight on the left.
You have to rotate the barrels by 90° or 60° to match the FW layout (and the SG Lucius Warlord's Gatling Blaster).

Indeed, their website shows a barrel at the top and bottom apex'. But this was mdae directly from their model, it's simple enough to rotate.
For all your rotary needs:

I wonder if the Gatling Blaster rotates when firing or if the barrels are fixed :)

Here's a montage so you can see the weapon mounts properly, gives a better idea of shape and size:

I'd like to think it rotates, and the construction of the FW stock piece suggests that, I'll get a render to show what I mean:
You can see that only the top barrel or two line up with anything that could house the firing mechanism.
A spinning multi-barrel gun that big is a scary thing, hehheh.

Hardly the most important detail! Give the man a break
I reckon that Gatling Blasters do rotate as that's just plain cool: and that's what the one on front of the EA book seems to be doing! Aren't they laser weapons though? So is there a need for them to do so?
Projects looking aweseom JL, well done I say!

The FW model has a shell ejection slot on both sides of the Gattling Blaster, so I assume they were thinking solid shot. :D
The bits flying out of this are as dangerous as the bits flying out the front end.
