As a test we just placed a 1x1 building on top of the 3x1 size Army Recruitment center.

I did a little test. Instead of normal paint, I used water based glass paint on these...

Interesting. Looks good. Hard to tell from the pic, but did the paint creep upwards along the edges? Would you say it offers any advantages to, say mixing blue and gloss varnish? I am going to paint similar windows myself and passable results and simplicity are my goals.

Yes, there is paint creep. Will try adding a little soap to break surface tension.

No real advantage I would say. Wanted to try and came out acceptable. The only advantage is perhaps the depth.
