That is, in fact, a very heavy mortar EC.  Nice job.

Have you thought of mounting those Griffon mortars on Ork big gun wheel bases?  I've been trying to picture what they look like but unfortunately don't have any of the Ork parts at the movement.

Guys, check out Irregular Miniatures WWI 6mm range, they're might be some arty bits their.

I know that where my Kreig field peices will be coming from!

I agree that SG's Thudd guns are not good models... I'm planning to scratchbuild and cast some proper quad-barreled Thudds at some point.
