Thanks guys. Backdrop terrain are just small rocks and outcrops built specifically for taking photos in mind (and for playing too, of course). Terrain is a resin wood base from Battlefront's Terrain in a Box wood IIRC. Bases are present of course, though for these photos they were removed with "Retouche" function of Picasa software.

I will repeat myself - I'd love to get my hands of some forumware epic 30K era models:)

Long time with no posts, as the project was backburned a little bit. But after counting all point values, we both have armies above 2000 points now, so we decided to paint few remaining odds and bits to make armies legal and play.

Again, Nice work ... But remember ... everything that came out with AT/CT and SM1 were 30K ! :D I have Traitor SMs, Imperial SMs and CSM. In SM1 Traitor SMs and CSM could fight along side against the Loyal SMs. The one big thing between Traitor SMs during the Heresy was their colors.

But none-the-less, I see this as like WWII Wargaming. When fighting a France '40 battle you'll have mostly different AFVs, Aircraft, etc. Than ... say fighting 1944 battles after D-Day. And of course the same goes for the Eastern Front. AFVs on both sides were generally different during Barbarossa vs. Kursk ... 8)
