Lol I know that feeling. Olly's work is simply too good to compete against (and since he's in my local games group here in Perth Australia, I have had my own painted armies literally competing against his at events that judge painting).

But I find it's best to just view his models as inspiration rather that competition, in the same way that watching Michael Phelps at the Olympics shouldn't discourage one from splashing around in a paddling pool :D

I think its time you painted some more mate. I have an incentive mate, and East Coast Raid for CANCON 2015.

Duro was talking about heading over again next year.
I'm only back home from the US about a week before Cancon so I doubt I'll be allowed able to make over... :'(

Olly's army looks even better in real life... so beautiful!

Thanks for the kind words guys :) unfortunately I won't be able to make it to Cancon as my interstate travel budget is spent on PAX :geek

finally got around to taking pics of each formation and the army so here we go :)

got 2 more armies bought and ready for assembly, a sister of battle army (using marine rules and onslaught mini sisters) and a chaos titan army (using the AMTL list and a mix of dropship commander scourge and AT-43 therians)

Awesome work mate, I think you need to come east mate. Maybe you can offer your painting services to the boys in the west (Steve can't do it all) :) and make yourself some airfare coin.
